RETURNS
The item must be returned to us within 28 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund.
Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund/exchange here un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with all original packaging and tags attached.
Please note that refund value will match the price of the garment at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 28 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.
No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 28 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.
SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RUTNED OR REFUNDED.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and we advise parcels are sent back via a tracked service. Please make a note of your tracking reference, as you are responsible for tracing any returned parcel back to us.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of receiving the goods.
